Step 1
Use `/tenant-rights` to see what belongs to the workspace
The current self-service data-rights workflow starts with an account snapshot for the active workspace.
- BlackShield shows the tenant name, slug, plan, billing status, generated timestamp, and user roster in `/tenant-rights`.
- The same page shows counts for users, API keys, findings, remediation history, ingestion jobs, alert-sync state, and external assets.
- Use that snapshot to confirm you are acting on the correct workspace before any destructive step.
Step 2
Capture evidence before deletion if your process requires it
BlackShield separates tenant deletion from audit and reporting exports, so collect what you need first.
- Use `/audit` for filtered CSV or JSON evidence if you need an activity trail before deletion.
- Use `/reports` or `/compliance` if you need current findings or control-coverage exports before you remove the workspace.
- Get the legal or privacy approval you need before you move to the irreversible delete flow.
Step 3
Run the delete flow exactly the way BlackShield requires it
The delete workflow is intentionally explicit so customers cannot trigger it accidentally.
- Type the exact confirmation phrase shown for the current tenant slug.
- Check the irreversible-action acknowledgement before the delete button becomes available.
- Save the deleted-record summary returned by BlackShield for your internal record.
