Acceptable Use and Security Expectations

Customers must not use the service to process unlawful content or interfere with service integrity.

No attempts to bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, or API limits.
No scanning targets without authorization from the asset owner.
Security incidents must be reported promptly through listed channels.

Compliance and Contracting

Enterprise security and privacy commitments are formalized through signed agreements.

Data processing terms and security addenda are available for enterprise plans.
Support for contractual security questionnaires is provided through customer success.
