Accounts and Access

Customers are responsible for account security, credential handling, and proper user-role assignment.

  • Each user must use individual credentials and approved authentication methods.
  • Customers manage tenant-level permissions and account lifecycle actions.
  • Compromised credentials must be rotated immediately.

Service Availability and Changes

Service features may evolve over time; material changes are communicated through release channels.

  • Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible.
  • Features may be added, modified, or retired with documented notices.
  • Customer feedback is reviewed for roadmap prioritization.

Fees, Billing, and Termination

Paid plans follow subscription terms. Non-payment or misuse may result in suspension or termination.

  • Billing terms and renewal mechanics are defined in your order form.
  • Customers may cancel according to plan-level policy and contractual terms.
  • Service termination includes secure offboarding and access revocation.
